Bike itineraries in the province of Rimini - Valmarecchia
Rimini, Bellaria and Torre Pedrera are the ideal points of departure to pedal along the course of the river Marecchia while heading to the hinterland following Strada Statale Marecchiese.
The most expert cyclists will have the possibility to visit enchanting historical villages, such as San Leo, Pennabilli and Sant’Agata Feltria. The end of the valley is dominated by Cantoniera Pass and Mount Carpegna, where the great champion Marco Pantani usually trained. The small hamlet of Cippo, that nestles on the slopes of Mount Carpegna, is crowned by a commemorative monument dedicated to the so-called Pirate.

Cycle tourism in the province of Forlì Cesena - Cesenatico
Cesenatico is the most important cycle tourism destination in Romagna for two principal reasons. On the one hand, it is the native town of the great champion Marco Pantani, and still houses a dedicated museum.
On the other hand, it is the point of departure of Gran Fondo Nove Colli, one of the most famous bicycle races in Italy. The itinerary of Nove Colli departs from Cesenatico and climbs to the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines passing through Bertinoro, Sogliano, Perticara, Borghi and Savignano.
Every year, large numbers of cyclists flock to the Riviera Romagnola to take part in this amazing competition and spend pleasant moments together in the open air.
Cycle itineraries in Ravenna and its Lidos
The northern lidos of the province of Ravenna are all connected with each other through a long cycle path that develops along the lush Classe Pinewood Forest.
